Clinical Development Specialist for Children's Health Services

We are seeking an experienced nurse to join our Community Paediatric Team as a Clinical Development Specialist for Children's Health Services.
The ideal candidate will have experience in working with children and families, particularly those affected by neurodevelopmental conditions such as ADHD and Autism Spectrum Disorder.
As a member of our team, you will be responsible for the assessment and management of neurodevelopmental conditions, monitoring medication management, and providing evidence-based advice and treatment to young people and their families.
This role involves working autonomously, liaising with other professionals, and contributing to the development of care pathways, policies, and audit of service outcomes.
You will also have the opportunity to provide education to parent groups and teaching staff regarding neurodevelopmental disorders, as well as contributing to parent support webinars and resources.
To succeed in this role, you will need to be flexible, adaptable, and able to prioritize workload effectively.
