**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Work closely with various stakeholders to develop best-in-class pricing, invoicing, and settlement solutions, managing the entire product lifecycle from ideation to delivery.
  • Help teams prioritize work, manage outcomes, and adhere to agreed-upon minimum viable product (MVP) priorities and scope.
  • Identify and compare the best processes or delivery methods, employing measurement and evaluation techniques to optimize outcomes.
  • Build business cases around business and user needs, realizing benefits by linking work in progress to business cases.
  • Manage the backlog of tasks effectively, as well as iteration planning and user story elaboration.
  • Design operational processes for the running and maintenance of products or services throughout their product lifecycle, identifying and dealing with potential risks across these stages.
  • Collaborate with the Project Management Office (PMO) to follow project management procedures.

**Key Requirements:**

  • Strong experience as a Product Owner/Manager, working with Agile methodologies and end-to-end product development.
  • Experience working in a dynamic, fast-paced Fintech or Payments business.
  • Strong experience with pricing, invoicing, and settlements.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and guide stakeholders toward business goals.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using various tools and techniques to elicit, document, and manage requirements.
  • Strong business acumen with a solid understanding of industry trends and market dynamics.

This role is a hybrid position, with 3 days per week in Central London.
