Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the production, service, and presentation of food meet the highest standards.
  • Carry out all catering activities within the allocated budget.
  • Monitor and respond to feedback on the catering operation.
  • Purchase supplies through approved suppliers.
  • Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations.
  • Cover Cook duties in their absence.
  • Assist in nursery rooms as directed by the Nursery Manager or Cook.
