Job Title: Desktop Support Engineer

At 6124 TT Games Studios Limited, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Desktop Support Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our desktop infrastructure and providing top-notch support to our staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide first and second-line support to staff, troubleshooting and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Manage and maintain our desktop infrastructure, including operating system images, workstation maintenance, and console platform setup.
  • Configure and troubleshoot network services, including DHCP, DNS, and Active Directory.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including user guides and troubleshooting procedures.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless integration and support of our IT services.
Requirements:
  • Strong technical knowledge of Windows 10, 11, and MacOS, as well as source control systems, Citrix, and Parsec.
  • Experience with desktop PC hardware, LAN/WAN technologies, and remote administration tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of cloud technologies, Windows Servers, and Linux.
  • Experience with network security protocols and ITIL framework.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and contribute to the development of our IT services.
