Product Support Specialist

Join our team as a Product Support Specialist and take on a challenging role that requires strong technical skills and excellent communication abilities. As a key member of our Process Valve team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers and ensuring their satisfaction with our products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage customer queries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the Branch Support Manager to develop and implement new processes and procedures.
  • Work closely with suppliers to build strong relationships and ensure seamless communication.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Contribute to the improvement of our service and technical support to our customers.
Requirements:
  • Strong technical knowledge of Process Valves and related products.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to adapt to change and develop new skills.
