Job Overview

We are seeking experienced Administrators to join our bank team on a flexible, 'as and when' basis. As an Administrator, you will provide administrative support to our teams, ensuring the smooth operation of our services.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to our teams, including diary management, correspondence, and data entry.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues, patients, and external stakeholders, using excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records, including electronic and manual filing systems.
  • Provide cover for teams and services as required, which may involve working on various sites.

Person Specification

  • NVQ Administration/Customer Service Level 3 or equivalent level of proven experience.
  • Diary management skills and good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
  • Relevant previous admin experience, ideally in a busy office environment.
