Store Support Assistant

About the Job: We are seeking a Store Support Assistant to join our team at NEXT. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing stock efficiently, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
Responsibilities:
- Process stock quickly and accurately, including scanning, unpacking, and putting away stock
- Ensure all stock is presented in a visually appealing manner and is easily accessible to customers
- Keep operational areas of the store clean, tidy, and organized
- Offer fast and friendly service to customers from the sales floor or back areas of the store
- Work collaboratively with the store team to achieve sales targets and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- A great communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
- Accurate, thorough, and well-organized, with excellent attention to detail
- Pride in your work and approach tasks with energy, pace, and enthusiasm
- Flexible and supportive, with a willingness to go the extra mile for the team and customers
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Estimated Salary: £19,000 per annum
