Qualified Social Worker Safeguarding and Care Planning Specialist

We are seeking a qualified social worker to join our Safeguarding and Care Planning Team at Oldham Council.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality social work services to children and families in need.
Our team is committed to delivering excellent care and support, and we are looking for someone who shares our passion and values.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assessing and managing risk to children and families
- Developing and implementing care plans to meet the needs of children and families
- Working collaboratively with other agencies and professionals to achieve positive outcomes
- Providing support and guidance to children and families to promote their well-being and resilience
Requirements:
- Qualified social worker with a degree in social work or a related field
- Experience of working with children and families in a social work setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and build strong relationships with colleagues and partners
