About the Job
We are looking for an experienced auditor to join our team in the south west of England. The successful candidate will lead and execute audits from planning to completion under UK GAAP, building strong relationships with clients and ensuring a quality service is delivered.
This is a great opportunity to work for one of the largest and fastest-growing audit teams in the region, with a wide range of clients from large corporates to owner-managed businesses. You will be part of a supportive team that offers numerous development opportunities and flexible working arrangements.
Responsibilities include:
- Leading and executing audits and other assurance engagements from planning to completion under UK GAAP
- Building strong relationships with clients and ensuring that a quality service is delivered
- Developing and coaching trainees so that they become accomplished business advisors
We offer a competitive salary of £55,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also have access to our contributory pension scheme, life assurance, and a range of benefits including 25 days holiday plus bank holidays and Christmas off.
About You
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- ACA/ACCA Qualified or Part Qualified (or equivalent) – We can provide full study support if you require it
- Experience at taking responsibility for a range of audit assignments
- Excellent communication skills who enjoy building relationships with their clients
- Well-organised with strong attention to detail levels
- A real team player who wants to contribute to the overall success of Bishop Fleming
- Able to access transport and have a full driving license
