About the Role

Jago Consultants is seeking an experienced and successful Aftersales Manager to lead the service department of a busy main dealership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee all aspects of the Service Department operations, ensuring seamless execution and optimal performance.
  • Monitor and analyze customer satisfaction surveys and other metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Drive the performance of the Service department staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
  • Manage, coach, and motivate your team to achieve long-term staff satisfaction and potential career progression.
  • Develop and implement strategies to control costs and optimize departmental efficiency.
  • Track and monitor performance against agreed targets and budgets, making data-driven decisions to drive growth.
  • Lead the recruitment process, ensuring the hiring of top talent to support the department's objectives.
  • Conduct regular analysis to identify areas of weakness and develop targeted marketing initiatives to address them.
  • Regularly review Service KPIs to track performance, identify trends, and inform strategic decisions.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Service Manager or Aftersales Manager with a track record of success in a similar role.
  • Extensive main dealer experience, with a deep understanding of managing a busy service department.
  • A stable career path with a demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams.

Salary: Basic salary dependent on experience, with an on-target earnings (OTE) component, plus benefits.
