Private Equity Investment Manager

As a highly skilled and experienced Private Equity Investment Manager, you will play a key role in leading the underwriting, monitoring, and management of indirect Private Equity investments. This includes coordinating and overseeing the approach to indirect investments across our Private Markets Group (PMG).
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Leading PE co-investment and PE fund underwritings directly, with direct responsibility for key GP/sponsor relationships.
- Participating in portfolio management by recommending solutions and suggesting changes to portfolio construction through analysis and research support.
- Representing USS on limited partner advisory boards and within industry, including attending conferences and presenting the investment strategy and team.
- Proactively participating in operational aspects of PMG, suggesting and implementing efficiencies or process changes where necessary.
