Job Title: Commercial Estimator

Main Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough site surveys to gather essential information for accurate estimations.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide ongoing support throughout projects.
  • Utilize client's ECRM database to keep accurate records and streamline processes effectively.
  • Determine labour and plant requirements for each project, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
  • Analyze complaints and implement necessary adjustments and repairs promptly.
Requirements:
  • Surveying experience is highly desirable.
  • A good all-round education and strong computer skills are essential.
  • A full UK driving licence is required.

Salary Range:
