As a vital member of our clients Network Engineering team at Hamilton Barnes Associates Limited, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation and optimal performance of their network infrastructure. This position is critical in maintaining reliable and secure connectivity across their organization, supporting business operations, and facilitating efficient data transfer.

You will excel in a fast-paced environment, meeting company objectives and addressing network-related challenges promptly. Key responsibilities include monitoring network performance using management tools, responding to alarms and incidents to minimize downtime, investigating and troubleshooting network-related issues, and executing routine maintenance tasks to implement changes in the network infrastructure.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Proven experience in network operations, monitoring, or related roles
  • Strong knowledge of networking concepts and protocols
  • Experience with network monitoring tools
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities
