Network Infrastructure Specialist

The Design Engineer will be responsible for producing in-building system designs from initial requirements capture with the client to satisfactory submission of approved design reports. This involves conducting on-site design & testing surveys, developing the most appropriate and cost-effective design using survey information and design experience, and preparing documentation and revising designs reviewed by the client.
This role requires strong technical skills, including experience with traditional DAS for large venues and enterprise small cells. The candidate is expected to attend customer sites to conduct design surveys at the early stages of an opportunity, discussing and finalising requirements capture with the client, completing Handover Packs, Post Integration Reports, HLDs and Detailed Design Reports.
The successful candidate will have a good working knowledge of Indoor antenna solutions, their capabilities and limitations, and will be able to travel UK-wide to attend customer sites. Additionally, they will be required to act professionally and in the best interests of the company at all times, maintaining good client relations and providing estimated effort and resources required for particular tasks.
