Job Title: Program Analyst II

Location: Stafford, VA

Job Summary: The Gemini 3 Group is seeking a full-time Program Analyst II to support a valued Department of Defense (DoD) customer. This position is contingent upon contract award.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide analytical, administrative, and program management support to the DoD customer.
  2. Research and investigate the need for and impact of changes in project scope.
  3. Develop and implement changes to the project scope as needed.
  4. Follow reporting systems, including systems specifications, data gathering, and analytical techniques.
  5. Develop, implement, and maintain program documentation, such as SOPs and policies.
  6. Gather inputs for data calls, draft responses, and revise data call responses.
  7. Contribute to the evaluation, analysis, and development of recommended solutions.
  8. Monitor program progress and customer satisfaction.
  9. Provide periodic status reports as needed.
  10. Facilitate efficient communication and program support between the client and external agencies.
  11. Prepare program correspondence as needed.

Requirements:

  1. High School Diploma required.
  2. Minimum 3 years' experience.
