Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Frozen Food Packing Assistant to join our team at Wiltshire Farm Foods, part of the Apetito group. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring customers' frozen orders are accurately picked and packed ready for dispatch.

Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate will be rewarded with a competitive salary of £12.00 per hour, plus bonus and benefits. Our employees enjoy a range of perks, including 33 days holiday per year (pro rata), option to purchase up to 5 additional days holiday, discretionary annual bonus scheme, pension scheme, life assurance scheme, and more.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure customers' orders are accurately picked and packed according to company standards.
  • Maintain customer confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Pick orders with zero mistakes and report any quality or mechanical issues promptly.
  • Improve efficiencies and implement process improvements to enhance productivity.
  • Assist the office team as required and contribute to a positive working environment.
Requirements
  • Evidence of stability and good attendance record.
  • Numerate and literate, with basic secondary education.
  • Desirable: Health & Safety training.
