Newsstand is the U.K’s largest magazine retailer whilst also a fulfilment house for over 250 independent magazine publishers.
Based in our warehouses and offices in Whitstable, we dispatch thousands of shipments every single day all around the world.

The Person
We are looking for someone positive, energetic and proactive in all they do, whether that be updating spreadsheets, collating information for labels or replying to publishers’ incoming enquiries
The tasks of this role will be varied and fast paced so a flexible, team - orientated attitude is key.
Responsibilities and Duties
As part of the Publisher team, you will be joining exceptional talent and experience in our small team.
The role would involve, but not be limited to
- Importing orders into our systems
- Processing daily/weekly administrative tasks
- Creating shipping labels
- Maintaining and updating customer details
- Liaising with our warehouse team to ensure that orders are managed perfectly
- Investigating the journey of shipments all around the world, and above all being a customer service focussed team player

Benefits and Rewards
Full-time, permanent hours: 37.5 per week, Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm.
No weekend working
Office based, with free parking on-site
Starting salary £21,500.00, to be reviewed
Holiday allowance of 21 days plus bank holidays, which increases with length of service
Pension contribution after probation

- Whitstable: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
