Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Offshore Wind Electrical Specialist to join our team in Edinburgh. As a key member of our Renewable Energy department, you will be responsible for leading electrical engineering activities for our offshore wind projects in the UK.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering, with experience in managing technical and logistical aspects of electrical system design definition. You will oversee the entire electrical system design, ensuring safety by design and general H&S management of the team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Line management, performance monitoring, hiring of the Electrical engineering team.
  • Provide technical support to commercial discussions for the other packages (turbine, foundations, etc).
  • Contribute to the drafting and negotiation of early works engineering contracts, if required.

We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a flexible working policy and opportunities for professional development.
