Operations Coordinator

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to join our team in Peterborough. As an Operations Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient scheduling and planning of our engineers to deliver exceptional service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Effectively schedule engineers to cover reactive and servicing jobs across customer contracts using outlined booking processes and job management systems.
  • Ensure allocated jobs with engineers are completed and the scheduling process is properly closed out.
  • Escalate any scheduling issues or concerns to the Team Leader, Contract Manager, or customer as necessary.
  • Support the contract with administrative tasks, such as billing, producing WIP reports, and maintaining accurate records.

Requirements

  • Solid understanding of planning systems and geographical locations to schedule engineers efficiently.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to share key information with servicing engineers.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail.
