- Develop sales collateral, training materials, and resources to support onboarding and ongoing development of the sales team
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales operations, process design, and system implementation
- Strong understanding of sales methodologies and best practices, with a keen eye for innovation and improvement
- Familiarity with sales tools and technologies, including CRM systems, with Oracle Sales Cloud experience a plus
- Excellent analytical and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate effectively across the organization
