About the Role:

The Stock Manager plays a crucial role in supporting the growth of our online business, ensuring our customers receive exceptional online experiences and customer service. This involves supporting and encouraging the team to meet performance targets, ensuring returned items are refunded promptly and stock is packaged and ready for existing online orders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Store management team across back-of-house areas and communicate effectively with the Store Manager
  • Manage a team to deliver accurate stock processes in an operationally efficient, safe, and target-driven environment
  • Create an atmosphere where team members feel supported, motivated, and inspired to perform at their best
  • Demonstrate a hands-on approach for all commercial and operational activities, adapting to change and working alongside the team
  • Ensure timely and accurate communication to meet business needs
