About the Role:

The Stock Manager plays a crucial role in supporting the growth of our online business, ensuring our customers receive exceptional online experiences and customer service. This involves supporting and encouraging the team to meet performance targets, ensuring returned items are refunded promptly or stock is packaged and ready for existing online orders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Store management team to optimize back-of-house operations and maintain effective communication.
  • Lead a team to deliver accurate stock processes in a safe, efficient, and target-driven environment.
  • Create a motivating atmosphere where team members feel supported, inspired, and empowered to excel.
  • Adapt to changing circumstances and work closely with the team to drive commercial and operational activities.
  • Ensure timely and accurate communication to meet business needs.
