What You'll Do:
• Effectively manage routine maintenance tasks, responding promptly to technical malfunctions. Provide effective feedback and collaboration with engineering staff and procurement teams. Develop comprehensive knowledge of HTM01-01 and HTM-2030 guidelines. Identify potential areas for improvement, proposing solutions to optimize service delivery. Create detailed documentation, tracking maintenance activities, outcomes, and other data as required. Co-author auditing documents and supporting presentations for estates management review. Work closely with IT personnel to ensure seamless integration with existing software systems. Supply recommended inventory levels and coordinate purchase orders, following all regulatory policies. Foster collaborative working environments through active engagement, constructive input, and demonstrating leadership qualities.
