We are seeking a seasoned Product Manager to lead our electro-mechanical systems, focusing on end-to-end management of readers and reader-devices within our HID Physical Access Control Solution (PACS) portfolio.
This inter-disciplinary position bridges product with development, operational, commercial, and support teams to deliver best-in-class products and customer experiences.
Responsibilities- Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Agile SAFe methodologies to drive revenue growth and profitability.
- Develop and execute comprehensive Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies for lifecycle planning of reader product lines.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in product management, emphasizing electro-mechanical and embedded firmware systems, preferably in RFID and physical access control industries.
- Bachelors Degree – Engineering or related field; Master's degree beneficial but not required.
- Experience with product development from concept to launch, CRM tools like Salesforce, Oracle-EBS, and analysis software.
- Effective communication in English, both verbally and in writing, and familiarity with Agile development, lean innovation practices, and SAFe training.

CompensationThe estimated salary for this role is £60,000-£80,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
