Lead the Way in Real Estate and Housing

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Area Director to lead our successful London and East England Real Estate and Housing SME Team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to the strategic leadership and planning of the Sector, working closely with senior members of staff under the direction of the Head of Real Estate and Housing.
  • Motivate, develop, mentor, and appraise team members to deliver business goals, promoting equal opportunities and inspiring leadership.
  • Develop the capability of the Relationship team, utilising specialist knowledge to support them in all aspects of their work, including developing local business plans and client portfolios.
  • Evaluate team performance against business objectives, recognising individual and team achievements, and taking corrective action where necessary.
  • Provide support to relationship management of clients and introducers, ensuring effective response to their business needs.
  • Promote the bank's image in the local community and market, developing new business opportunities.
