Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Architectural Design Professional to join our team and contribute to the success of our practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Navigate projects through all RIBA work stages, from concept design to final completion, ensuring seamless delivery and client satisfaction.
- Support the preparation of tender packages, and develop concept designs and planning application submissions for future projects.
- Provide exceptional client liaison, coordinating with consultants and specialists, and delivering technical information for tender submissions.
- Manage contractor queries and site attendance during construction, ensuring timely and cost-effective project delivery.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients, contractors, and industry professionals.
- Technical expertise in construction methods and materials, coupled with an in-depth understanding of building regulations, standards, and construction.
- Part 3 Qualified Architect or Qualified Architectural Technologist, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the technical design of domestic projects in the UK.
- Proficiency in Revit, with preferred additional qualifications/experience in CIAT Registration, Adobe InDesign and/or Photoshop, and Enscape.
