We are seeking a Disaster Recovery Technician to join our team at The Brass Tap Inc. in Orlando, FL.

As a Disaster Recovery Technician, you will be responsible for responding to customer needs for water and fire restoration jobs, performing tasks such as drying, demolition, cleaning, and other restoration activities.

The estimated salary for this position is $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform production/restoration process per work order, IICRC standards, and supervisor instructions
  • Inventory and load work vehicle with equipment, products, and supplies needed for each project
  • Prepare rooms/areas for work activities
  • Maintain a clean and organized vehicle along with clean equipment
  • Communicate openly with supervisor and other technicians
  • Leave the job site with a clean and orderly appearance

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • IICRC certification (preferred)
  • Experience in water, fire, storm, mold remediation, and contents restoration
  • Experience serving commercial properties
  • Ability to work on-call rotation schedule
  • Ability to work independently or with a team
  • Reliable, self-motivated with strong communication skills
  • Computer literate, working knowledge of Word, Excel, business software, upload photos, and other programs
  • Valid driver's license, pass background check
  • High school diploma/GED
