Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Restoration Services Technician to join our team at Servpro Industries, Inc. As a key member of our emergency response team, you will be responsible for responding to service calls and performing restoration services in accordance with SERVPRO production guidelines.

About the Role:

  • Respond to service calls and perform restoration services following SERVPRO production guidelines.
  • Communicate effectively with crew chiefs to meet customer needs.
  • Clean and maintain vehicles, equipment, and office areas.

Requirements:

  • $45,000 - $60,000 per year salary, depending on experience.
  • Effective oral communication skills.
  • Experience in cleaning/restoration (preferred).
  • High school diploma/GED.
  • IICRC certifications.
  • Ability to travel locally and out of state.

Work Environment:

  • Lifting up to 50 pounds and assistance with heavier items.
  • Exposure to chemicals.
  • Long periods of walking, standing, driving, sitting, and climbing.
  • Working in tight spaces.
