About the RoleAs a Product Manager, you will play a critical role in driving business growth through focused market analysis and the development of tactical marketing plans. You will work closely with our sales and marketing organization to execute post-market strategies, identify clinical and market trends, and suggest new product and marketing opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- Market Development: Assist in the development and execution of post-market strategies, identify clinical and market trends, and suggest new product and marketing opportunities.
- Building and Maintaining Relationships: Identify and develop relationships with key opinion leaders in the field, develop support structures and relationships with sales representatives and sales management, and develop and maintain relationships with key functional areas.
- Planning and Analysis: Develop operational product launch strategies, identify product roll-out strategies, and develop competitive strategies and product analysis.
- Product/Market Management: Develop, coordinate, and execute product training, facilitate physician-to-physician training and selling, and develop and implement promotional activities and materials.
- Quality: Ensure awareness and compliance with applicable standard operating procedures, facilitate and champion quality requirements and compliance to internal and external customers.
