Job Title: Agile Business Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Agile Business Analyst to join our team on a 6-month contract basis. The successful candidate will work closely with our clients to deliver business analysis outputs and provide support to programme business and workstream leads.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver business analysis outputs
  • Provide support to programme business and workstream leads
  • Hands-on business analysis
  • Business modelling, including organisation structures and job roles
  • Business process mapping
  • Eliciting and capturing business requirements
  • Drafting business requirements documents
  • Functional and non-functional requirement capture
  • Managing requirements catalogue and traceability
  • Collation of business information and artefacts
  • Drafting operating, desk, and user instructions
  • Managing stakeholder relationships at all levels
  • Developing product backlogs (epics, features, and user stories)
  • Developing user journeys and identifying pain points
  • Supporting the development of operating models
  • Data analysis
Essential Requirements:
  • Business Analyst role in transformation programmes
  • Transformation and business change environment
  • Data analysis, data science, data architecture, and/or data transformation
  • Agile/SCRUM programme environment
  • Matrix management programme environment
  • Regulated environment
  • Bank of England, banking, or financial institution experience
  • Lean/six-sigma methodologies
  • Project management methodologies
  • ISEB Diploma Business Analysis

SC Clearance is an essential requirement for this role. The successful candidate must be eligible and willing to undergo these checks.

Please note that this role can only be worked within the UK and not Overseas.
