We are seeking an experienced Executive Homeless Services Coordinator to join our team in Exeter. In this role, you will work closely with the Service Manager to coordinate homeless services, provide support to vulnerable individuals, and promote community engagement.

About the Role

You will be responsible for coordinating outreach and hotspot visits, providing supportive line management and supervision to team members, and achieving positive client outcomes. You will also be responsible for promoting client involvement, engaging in effective multi-agency working, and maintaining accurate client records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinating outreach and hotspot visits across the local area.
  • Providing supportive line management and supervision to team members, ensuring regular reviews are carried out.
  • Achieving positive client outcomes, including promoting client involvement.
  • Engaging in effective multi-agency working to create opportunities for clients.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records using our client record system.
Requirements
  • A valid UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (business insurance required).
  • Experience working with vulnerable adults or individuals with complex needs and challenging behaviours.
  • Strong coordination skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
