About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Area Safety Manager to join our team at the Rank Group. As a key member of our Health and Safety team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of our employees and customers across approximately 30 venues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective health and safety management systems to ensure compliance with statutory requirements and Rank Group policies.
  • Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and implement controls to mitigate risks.
  • Provide training and support to venue staff on health and safety procedures and protocols.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Health and Safety to develop and implement food safety management systems.
  • Ensure that all aspects of our work, policies, and practices meet statutory and Rank Group requirements.
Requirements
  • NEBOSH National Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety, Degree in Environmental Health or equivalent.
  • Minimum Level 4 Food Safety Qualification.
  • Fire Safety Qualification and/or demonstrable experience.
  • Evidence of current Continuous Professional Development.
