Job Title: Technical Service Center Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Service Center Specialist to join our team at Vantage Consulting Ltd. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong background in electrical and electronics engineering, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support on process automation, control, and SCADA systems to Tier 2 SLA customers via telephone, email, and remote access.
  • Configure and fault-find single and three-phase electrical configurations, control application strategies, and SCADA systems.
  • Travel to client sites around the globe to provide technical support and aid with presale and post-sales activities.
  • Work with end clients to solve problems and queries on-site or remotely.
Requirements:
  • Strong electrical knowledge of single and three-phase applications used on control systems.
  • Experience with network topology, system architecture, virtual systems, and client-server applications.
  • Knowledge of PLCs and general control theory, with the ability to configure using ladder or function blocks.
  • Strong commercial background and ability to work autonomously.
  • Degree or strong HND in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
