This is a 'Hybrid Working' role that requires occasional travel, and we offer a competitive £55,000 - £65,000 per annum salary, plus car allowance.

About the Role:

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a crucial part in driving our recruitment strategy, working closely with Hiring Managers and Business stakeholders to determine current and future business resource requirements.

You will be responsible for sourcing high-calibre candidates, implementing best-in-class direct sourcing strategies, and writing compelling job adverts to drive applications.

In this role, you will also have the opportunity to project manage initiatives, work with our Resourcing Manager to evolve our attraction strategy, and develop innovative tools to support continuous improvement.

Your Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

You should have proven experience of leading a team, designing attraction strategies for hard-to-fill roles, and recruiting senior hires and commercial roles.

A driving license and willingness to travel nationally, as required, is essential for this position.
