I am currently working with a growing manufacturing company who are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner/Project Manager to manage their Early Careers offering on a 6 month FTC.

The role will be based both from home and their offices in Leicestershire, but are commutable from Leicester, Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire.

This is a brilliant opportunity for someone to come in to a well-established and impressive business, look at their apprenticeship offering and really implement and embed the process.

You will partner with local colleges, liaise with key stake holders and project manage the whole offering from start to finish.

This role is going to suit an early careers specialist, someone who has worked in that line of recruitment before at some point in their career. You will also need to be a data and metric driven, a self-starter and able to establish strong relationshipsquickly.

This role is paying up to £50,000p.a. + benefits and bonus, however if your salary is above or below that point and you have the require experience please do still apply.
