We are partnering with a leading UK Law Firm to find an ambitious Employment Solicitor to join their pre-eminent team in Belfast at Associate level.
The Employment team is one of the leading employment law practices in the UK, consistently top-ranked by independent legal directories. They provide unrivalled service supporting clients, including many of the world's leading businesses, on their HR, employment, and immigration law needs domestically and internationally.
Your New Role
As the Employment Solicitor, you will handle a mix of contentious and non-contentious employment law matters, dealing with a wide range of clients. There is also an international element to the team's work.
The Employment team in Belfast consists of two Partners, one Consultant Partner, two Managing Associates, one Senior Associate, and 3 Associates, a trainee, 3 paralegals, as well as a Managing Practice Development Lawyer and support team.
What You Need To Succeed
As the Employment Solicitor, you will be a qualified solicitor in Northern Ireland, England, and Wales or the Republic of Ireland.
You will be NQ-4 years' PQE and have gained the benefit of training and development in a well-respected employment team.
You must have comprehensive employment law knowledge, a strong analytical ability, and a clear communication style (both spoken and written). A commercial approach to client service is essential, and you must enjoy doing business development and, above all, be a team player.
