Job Title: Storage Operations Manager - Fine Art

The Storage Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the storage and warehouse facilities for Crozier Fine Arts, ensuring operational excellence and exceptional client experience. This role leads the warehouse teams in maintaining high-quality storage operations, compliance, and a safe environment for staff, clients, and their property.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive and manage end-to-end topline revenue, costs, and EBITDA performance through operational excellence and client satisfaction.
  • Partner with other functions/teams to coordinate access to shared services and corporate functions.
  • Help drive and modernize process change and efficiencies, as well as standardize procedures across all Crozier Fine Arts locations.
  • Financial Oversight - Assist in managing financial reporting from an operational standpoint consistent with market strategy and capacity utilization.
  • Assist in pricing and structuring deals to acquire new business, maintaining a high rate of growth, increasing market share, and improving profitability by achieving operating leverage.
  • Operational Excellence, Standards & Compliance - Review and analyze activity to understand resource allocation, business capacity, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Ensure the quality of service is continuously improving and built on a solid foundation of excellence.
  • Facilitate collaboration with essential Global Operations functions, including International and Domestic shipping, Crating, Artist Exhibits, Engineering, and Facility Maintenance to drive efficient performance for the overall market.
  • People Leadership - Responsible for recruitment and development of talent within the Storage Department.
  • Drive annual review process adhering to timeline and budget guidelines—overall responsibility for employee relations, performance management, talent management, and staff attrition.
  • Process Orientated- Able to analyze existing processes with key stakeholders and lead implementation, development, and standardization of these to modernize our warehouse function in line with our immediate growth strategy and service requirements.
  • Can thoughtfully and diplomatically influence a wide variety of stakeholders and partners to accomplish tasks and achieve quality results.
  • Exceptional Problem Solving - ability to manage the trade-off between performance and economics.

Market Knowledge:

Fine arts market experience preferred.
