About the Opportunity

Crozier Fine Arts is seeking a highly skilled Storage Operations Manager to lead our UK warehouse teams in delivering exceptional client experiences and driving operational excellence. As the owner of our storage and warehouse facilities, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end topline revenue, costs, and EBITDA performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Management: Ensure all storage teams operate safely and efficiently, maintaining a high level of accuracy through standardized processes. Drive process change and efficiencies, and standardize procedures across all Crozier UK locations.
  • Financial Oversight: Manage financial reporting from an operational standpoint, consistent with market strategy and capacity utilization. Assist in pricing and structuring deals to acquire new business, with objectives of maintaining high growth rates, increasing market share, and improving profitability.
  • Revenue Management: Drive revenue growth for the market by effectively managing resources - warehouses and staff - and ensuring utilization is efficient and practical.
  • Operational Excellence, Standards & Compliance: Review and analyze activity to understand resource allocation, business capacity, challenges, and opportunities. Ensure safety & security procedures are followed and understood by the teams. Continuously improve the quality of service, built on a solid foundation of excellence.
  • People Leadership: Responsible for recruitment and development of talent within the Storage Department. Manage turnover to an acceptable level. Drive annual review process, adhering to timeline and budget guidelines. Ensure Crozier and Iron Mountain's core values are upheld throughout the market, providing leadership and focus to the frontline workforce.

  • Exceptional Problem Solving: Ability to manage the trade-off between performance and economics. Solid experience handling various situations such as customer, service delivery, and people issues.
  • Market Knowledge: Fine arts market experience preferred.
