  • Contribute to quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for enhancement and proposing innovative solutions.
Essential Requirements
  • BSc in Nursing or related field.
  • Leadership or management qualification (e.g., ILM Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management).
  • Evidence of continuous professional development, including completion of mentor preparation programs and attendance at conferences/seminars.
