Key Responsibilities
As a Surgical Care Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless functioning of the Surgical Services Department. We are looking for candidates who possess:
- Valid NMC/HCPC Registration
- Experience as a Surgical Care Specialist or willingness to undergo comprehensive training
- A compassionate, thoughtful, and understanding demeanor
- A commitment to assist individuals with daily living activities, including personal care, therapy, and addressing social, emotional, and recreational needs
- The capability to make informed decisions and demonstrate initiative
- Excellent communication skills
