Key Responsibilities- Oversee the day-to-day workload, prioritizing and distributing tasks within the team
- Monitor the team inbox and ensure timely responses
- Guide the team to achieve set targets and provide regular progress updates
- Monitor and report on the team's performance to the Recruitment Manager
