Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Information Systems Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing key IS projects across the Kingspan Data & Flooring division, working closely with senior management and stakeholders to identify, define, and agree project requirements, delivery timelines, and costs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet with senior management and stakeholders to discuss project requirements, timelines, and costs.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including proposals, business cases, project initiation documents, and project budgets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and develop common PMO processes, tools, and project governance.
  • Monitor project performance and ensure timely delivery.
  • Communicate project updates to project teams, key stakeholders, and impacted groups.
  • Develop integrated project plans, implementation schedules, resource and cost estimates.
  • Manage a range of different projects from third-party software implementation, application development, to business change projects.
  • Manage day-to-day operational aspects of the project(s).
  • Submit project status reports to stakeholders; review bugs, plan software releases, anticipate and react to change.
  • Oversee project management deliverables and those of the project team.
  • Ensure change management is in line with the Divisional and IT Manual, ensuring procedure documentation is up to date.
Requirements
  • PMP or Project Management Certifications.
  • Professional experience in a software/IT environment with business systems.
  • Project management experience managing projects mid-sized and large IT projects (i.e. £500k – £1m+).
  • Demonstrate a proven track record of problem-solving.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft products, including Project, Visio, Excel, and Word.
  • Ability to motivate in a team-oriented, collaborative yet fast-paced environment.
  • Result-oriented and customer-focused individual, who can drive stakeholder engagement.
  • Experience in working with 3rd-party development partners.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills with the ability to plan effectively across multiple time zones.
  • Self-starter with the ability to set own objectives and work effectively under pressure, with the ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively.
  • Flexible approach to travel.
