Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to students with SEN, assisting in the development and implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs), and collaborating with teachers and other staff to create an inclusive classroom environment. They will also be required to monitor and record student progress and provide feedback to teachers and parents.
What You Will Need:
- Experience working with children with SEN is highly desirable.
- A patient, caring, and empathetic approach.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A commitment to fostering an inclusive learning environment.
- Relevant qualifications or training in special education is a plus.
Salary and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary of £85-£100 per annum, dependent on experience and qualifications. In addition to this, we offer a range of benefits, including opportunities for professional development and career progression, access to training and resources to enhance your skills, and a chance to make a meaningful impact on the lives of children.
This role requires a strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection. Successful applicants must satisfy all background safer recruitment checks including providing an enhanced DBS on the update service or completing an application for a new check.
