Weston College is seeking an exceptional Education Programme Lead to join their team at HMP Exeter. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the education programme, ensuring its smooth operation and delivery of high-quality educational services.

The ideal candidate will have a degree or professional qualification relevant to the role, as well as teaching qualifications at level 4 or above. They will possess leadership and management experience in an educational or custodial setting, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

As Education Programme Lead, you will oversee the recruitment, scheduling, and utilisation of staff, ensuring the quality of their work. You will also monitor and contribute to the effective delivery of targets, including recruitment, retention, achievement, success, and the teacher quality management plan.

This is a full-time position working 37 hours per week, offering a competitive salary of £35,000-£45,000 depending on experience. In addition to a generous holiday entitlement, benefits include dedicated staff welfare officer and wellbeing champions, a pension scheme, and local and national staff discounts.
