**Gloucestershire County Council is seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Adult and Online Manager, working within our Local Resilience Forum Secretariat. The ideal candidate will have experience in working with Local Resilience Forums, strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with stakeholders, and evidence of supporting partner agencies. Key responsibilities include managing work programs, supporting subgroups, helping embed lessons learned, facilitating presentations, assisting with training, and advising command and control cells.

This role provides flexibility through hybrid working arrangements, allowing teams to balance service needs and individual preferences. Benefits include:
