Requirements

  • Extensive experience within a sales or account management environment, ideally within drainage or a similar sector.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and IT skills.
  • Proactive and able to use own initiative to solve problems and implement processes.
  • Leadership skills.
  • Sales target and service driven with the ability to motivate others in the team towards achievement of targets.

What We Offer

The successful candidate will receive a competitive starting salary of £35,000 - £45,000, and a good benefits package including car allowance and bonus structure, enhanced pension, holiday scheme, and other key benefits.
