Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at The Workshop. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a business development strategy to drive revenue growth and expand our client base
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and lead generation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of sales strategies and tactics
