You will support the Compliance and Risk Manager in ensuring that the organisation meets regulatory risk and compliance requirements. This role is crucial in driving the effectiveness of their risk management processes and enhancing their compliance framework.
This business operates on a hybrid basis, with a maximum of 3 days per week working in the office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead risk analysis by utilizing both quantitative data and qualitative insights, ensuring informed decision-making across the organization.
- Play an active role in our quarterly risk management process, including supporting risk owner meetings and preparing comprehensive management reports for internal use.
- Oversee processes related to money laundering and fraud detection systems.
- Enhance the Compliance and Risk function by identifying technological solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Track and ensure the timely resolution of risk issues, maintaining high standards of compliance across the organization.
The ideal candidate will be/have:
- Experience with risk management frameworks.
- Confident ability to partner across all departments.
- Experience working with operational and credit risk.

- Strong organisation and planning skills.
This role requires a professional with a strong understanding of risk management principles and practices. The successful candidate will have excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
