Store Manager - Aberdeen Union Square

Country/Region: GB

We are seeking a results-driven Store Manager to lead our team in Aberdeen Union Square. As our brand ambassador, you will be responsible for driving commercial success and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

The Role

The Store Manager is accountable for the overall performance of the store, including sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for managing a team of supervisors and sales assistants, providing coaching and guidance to ensure they meet their targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive sales and profitability through effective inventory management, visual merchandising, and customer engagement
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team, providing coaching and feedback to ensure they meet their targets
  • Implement and maintain a culture of excellent customer service, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience for customers
  • Monitor and analyze sales data, identifying trends and opportunities to drive business growth
  • Collaborate with the regional sales manager to develop and implement business strategies, ensuring alignment with company goals
Requirements
  • Proven experience in retail management, with a track record of driving sales and profitability
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth
