Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team at OFFICE Aberdeen store. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading and inspiring our store team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.
As a brand ambassador, you will embody the OFFICE values and promote a positive and engaging shopping experience for our customers. You will be passionate about setting and maintaining high standards throughout your store and helping your team to excel in their roles.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership - Lead and motivate your team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Store Operations - Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including stock management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
- Customer Service - Ensure that all customers receive a high level of service and that their needs are met.
- Performance Management - Coach and develop your team members to achieve their full potential and meet performance targets.
- Experience - Proven experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager in a retail environment.
- Leadership Skills - Strong leadership and motivational skills, with the ability to inspire and develop your team.
- Commercial Awareness - Commercial awareness with the ability to read sales reports and identify opportunities for sales growth.
- Communication Skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
